Where but in Japan is there a line-up at a Cinnabon with two security guards?
Perhaps it is the first in Japan? I can see Japan’s BMI rising from here … and when I say “from here” I mean on the patio of the Stone Cold Creamery (which is packed).

Considering the serving sizes, I doubt they’ll get too fat. Ate at Coldstone once in Tokyo and the size was so tiny compared to the USA.
